Does anyone else remember being in the 90s and seeing certain trends absolutely everywhere? I think some of them are coming back. That’s right, I’m talking about low waist jeans, big belts on the hip, mullets, fluffy handbags, shell necklaces, mules, cuff tattoos, and tribal tattoos. These trend pieces are back and it’s looking like they’re here to stay. Am I complaining? Maybe a little. Will I participate in any of these trends? Most definitely.
I’m seeing tribal tattoos absolutely everywhere at the moment. I was a bit disappointed when tribal tattoos were vetoed out of existence, so I am glad to see they’re making a shameless comeback. I think I might even consider going on a hunt to find a tribal tattooist in the area. There’s bound to be some really good ones as I’m seeing some great tribal artwork on people walking around.
I’ve always considered tribal artwork to be something that males would get, but I think the world is a lot more advanced now and nothing is exclusively a male or female tattoo. I’d like to get my tattoo done before summer kicks off. I know with my last tattoo I had to keep it out of the sun and keep myself covered for a while. It’s particularly hot in Brisbane so hopefully I can get the tattoo done before the weather really starts to heat up.
Personally, I’m planning to get my ink done at a top rated tattoo shop. Brisbane is stacked with tattoo shops and artists, but I only want the best of the best. I don’t want to have one of those tribal tattoos that people scoff at. I want mine to look authentic and timeless.
I’ve spent my last two weeks researching potential tattoo designs and speaking to tattoo artists from all around this area. Sometimes I think the build up to getting a tattoo is what helps to make the whole experience exciting. Once my ink is done, I’ll be sure to send you all a pic.
